Bronzed and Beaming Day Look

Instead of expensive fake tans and overpriced makeup, us girls can still look gorgeous with a few drugstore essentials! Recently, my flatmate asked me to help her complete her make-up collection as she was looking for some quality products without breaking the bank.

Image heavy post!

With these products we came up with a daytime look that took less that 10 minutes & under £10 (most items can be purchased at Boots & Superdrug on 3 for 2 offers).

Garnier Moisture Match for Dry/Very Dry Skin - RRP £5.99
There are 5 moisturizers in this collection tailor made to suit different skin types so a great variety for problematic skin (oily, dull, etc.). This product is truly something worth trying, especially if you're on a budget and they're currently on offer for £2.99 at Boots!

Maybelline Baby Skin Pore Eraser Primer - RRP £7.99
Baby Skin is a clear velvet gel formula that blurs pores for a perfect makeup base. Compared to other expensive primers, this does the job surprisingly well! I usually dot this around the T-Zone to control oiliness but avoid the cheek area as I have quite dry cheeks.

Bourjois Radiance Reveal Healthy Mix Foundation - RRP £9.99
This is one of my all time favorite drugstore foundations! It smells flowery like a lot of the Bourjois products and it's sooo moisturising on the skin. I also love that it comes in variety of shades, I usually don't find a perfect match with drugstore foundations but 56 is a perfect shade for me (they have 8 shades varying from about NC15-NC45).

Bourjois Healthy Mix concealer - RRP £7.99
This concealer is dewy, moisturising and has such great coverage! If you like the Healthy Mix foundation then you'll definitely love this. The only disadvantage is that it comes in only 3 shades.

Collection Illuminating Touch Brightening Concealer - RRP £4.99
Could it be a YSL Touche Eclat dupe? This peach under toned concealer is great for covering up dark eye circles and brightening up the under eye area. It has buildable coverage and photographs really well. Only disadvantage is the limited shade range.

Sleek Face Contour Kit  - RRP £6.49
Sleek cosmetics are so pigmented, affordable and amazing! This contour kit includes a highlighting powder & contour powder; it's also travel friendly and comes in 3 shades (light, medium, dark). If you're on a budget, Sleek is definitely the place to look for quality, pigmented products!

I will be reviewing and swatching all the products used in further posts.

Natural day time look - might do an evening look in a later post (we forgot the lipstick :/ oops!)

Stay tuned for reviews and swatches of products in this look!
Keeks xx
