One Night in London with All Time Low

Disclaimer- Content heavy post

I haven't blogged about any concerts before which kinda sucks because 2014 was probably the highlight of my life (in terms of concert-attending if that's a word "_). The typical broke students we are, me and my flatmates decided to spend all our money last year on concert tickets but I have to admit, it was hella worth it! So from now on I'm going to blog about all the concerts I am lucky to go to because I love reading about other peoples experiences and well, I love music. My choice of music however is extremely varied, I like pretty much everything with only a few exceptions (heavy metal, techno...) meh. Like legit, the next tickets I wanted to buy were for J Cole in May but unfortunately I don't think I'll get to go...

The Beauty Kitchen

"100% Natural, 100% Effective, 100% Affordable" - The Beauty Kitchen

I've only recently discovered the Beauty Kitchen and so far I must admit I am very impressed! Not only do their products contain 100% natural ingredients, they smell amazing and are freshly made in the UK. The products also have no parabens, sulphates or synthetic fragrances which means even their amazingly sweet fragrances are natural too! I was lucky enough to try a few products from the new Inspire Me range by the Beauty Kitchen...

Inspire Me Brightening and Toning Body Soufflé 200ml (£14.99)

I like switching up my moisturizers every so often and luckily, this body soufflé came through just in time. It smells fresh and zesty, perfect for this mid-spring weather. It somewhat reminds me of the Soap and Glory Sugar Crush products (here) but with a lighter, natural and less sugary scent. The soufflé has a light, whipped consistency sort of like aqueous cream and soaks right up into my skin with no greasy or oily residue, which is why I love it so much. The packaging is also on point; it comes in a reusable glass jar with an air-tight seal to keep the product fresh for longer. I do love this body soufflé very much but at £15 for 200ml, it can be a little expensive for some as an everyday moisturizer. However with 100% all natural products and recycled packaging, you're looking after the environment and getting the best quality ingredients for your skin!

Key Ingredients
Cocoa Butter - deep hydration & reduces stretch marks and signs of ageing
Grapefruit - high in anti-oxidants, vitamin C and great for combating cellulite
Abyssinian Oil - light, non-greasy
Shea Butter
Sunflower Oil
Sweet Almond Oil
Lemongrass
Spearmint
Peppermint
Basil
Sweet Fennel
Mandarin Red

Inspire Me Citrus Wonder Balm 10ml (£2.99)

Just when I thought I couldn't love anything more than my Carmex, this little baby comes along and makes me question my whole existence! The wonder balm comes in a nifty little tin which you can take anywhere and everywhere to tame the odd dry lips or dry bits (e.g. flaky nose, dehydrated spots). The main thing I love about this product is that it soaks into my skin instantly and leaves no greasy residue, making it an amazing lip primer/base for my matte lipsticks. Now I no longer have to wait 5-10 minutes for my Carmex to completely disappear, I can just use this Wonder Balm. I also love that the tin is flat, so unlike the usual round lip pots, I can put it in my pocket or my purse without it looking too bulky or taking up too much space. All in all, I love this product very much (maybe a little more than the soufflé ≧◡≦) and comparing the £2.99 price tag to the £13 I usually pay for MAC Prep + Prime Lip, you can't really go wrong!

Key Ingredients
Cocoa Butter - perfect for stretch marks and very dry skin
Beeswax - vitamin A, anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties
Olive Oil
Shea Butter
Coconut Oil...
(following the same Inspire Me scent as the soufflé)

The Inspire Me range is available from Holland & Barrett stores nationwide, and online at www.hollandandbarrett.com and www.beautykitchen.co.uk
